ACCOUNTING SKILLS
We have taught accounting skills at American Egyptian Bank in Cairo in a two week format as part of the banks credit training program. We have also taught accounting skills in a one and two day format at the Federal Reserve Bank and as part of a Lending Academy at Regions Bank.
 
FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS
We have developed and taught financial statement analysis in two and three day formats. We developed and taught a financial fundamentals class at the Credit Union National Association Business Lending Certification Institute. Other clients include The Risk Management Association, Bridgehampton National Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank and Woori Bank (Seoul, Korea).
 
CASH FLOW ANALYSIS
We taught a three day advanced cash flow analysis program at Citibank. We have taught cash flow analysis at many regional and community banks through The Risk Management Association. We have also taught it through The Illinois Bankers Association in both one and two day formats.
 
COMMERCIAL LENDING SKILLS
We have taught commercial lending skills at the Federal Reserve Bank Credit Risk Analysis School for the last 5 years. We have taught commercial lending skills in a two week format at Merchants Banking Corporation in Lagos, Nigeria as part of the bank’s management training program. 

CONSUMER LENDING SKILLS
We developed and taught a two day program at Bank South. We also taught a three day consumer lending program at Bank of China, Shanghai. We developed consumer lending training materials including an Instructor’s Guide for RBC Centura Bank.

LOAN STRUCTURING
We have taught both beginning and advanced loan structuring programs through Risk Management Association (RMA) in both regional, community and money center banks. 

TRADE FINANCE
We developed and taught trade finance basics and structuring trade finance credit facilities at Union Bank of California. We have taught this program in a one week format to a number of banks in Russia through The U.S. Agency for International Development. We have also taught a two day trade and project finance course for the International Financial Services Association. 

MORTGAGE LENDING
We designed and taught a two day program at Citibank in residential mortgage underwriting skills. We teach a one day overview of commercial and owner occupied real estate lending as part of the Federal Reserve Credit Risk Analysis School.

PRESENTATION SKILLS
 We designed and taught presentation skills to both junior and senior staff at Standard Chartered Bank in both one and two day formats.

BUSINESS LENDING FOR BRANCH BANKERS
We taught a two day program in business lending for branch bankers at both Chase Manhattan Bank and Regions Bank.
